Drumbeat Dynamic Rhythm x Maximus of Rolling Oaks Litter (Last updated 8/3/06)
Dyna presented us with seven gorgeous pups, sired by Max on June 25, 2004. We gave them botanical theme puppy names: trees for the males, flowers for the females.

Update:
LITTER NOTES: This litter produced outstanding natural retrieving with plenty of run and attractive movement, friendly temperaments, dogs that are easy to work with. We really appreciated their positive attitude and biddability, coupled with strong hunting desire. The females were feistier than the males as little pups, but we expect great field work from them. The males were more laid back, but still with plenty of desire. Most of the pups had a leggy to very leggy build, shorter coupled. Most had medium bone. We are very excited to follow the progress of these pups.
The entire litter passed their eye exams, with completely normal evaluations for all 7 puppies! All passed their complete vet physicals with flying colors. No hernias, no heart or joint problems, nothing but healthy, happy pups!

Now named "Lexi", she lives with the Packards, in Carlsbad, CA, keeping "Bruce" (WinstonxRosie) company and a run for his money. We'll see who gets more birds once this dynamo grows up.
Puppy # 1: "Tulip": liver & white female, birthweight = 9.5 oz.

Now named "Gus", he lives with the Bensons in Temecula, CA with many days of International (Mexico) hunting in this handsome, leggy boy's future.

Lily kept her name, with Tiger thrown in front of Lily, like the Indian princess in Peter Pan. We love her spunky but sweet personality and can't wait to watch her develop. Lily is developing a build like Dyna, with more bone. She is very friendly and adventuresome, but with a calm house demeanor. Lily is owned by our friends, John & Lori Lagudis in San Marcos, CA and we're looking forward to seeing her regularly. .
Puppy # 3: "Lily": liver & white female, birthweight = 7.5 oz.

This classic looking boy has gone to his new home with the Warnagieris' in Ventura, CA. Looking forward to quail hunting in his bright future. They decided he was the "Ticket.".
Puppy #4: "Cedar": black & white male, birthweight = 9.0 oz.

Chosen and loved by the Garvey's of Wakefield, RI, this affectionate, laid back retrieving machine is still Aspen.
Puppy #5: "Aspen": liver & white male. birthweight = 9.5 oz.

Thorne, has been selected by Chip Bunker of Fallon, NV as a hunting companion for his son, potential hunt test and field trial competitor. We have never had a pup so focused and mature at such a young age without sacrificing any hunting desire. This smart boy has been an eyecatcher from early on, and his intelligence is conveyed through his shining dark eyes.
Puppy #6: "Hawthorne": black & white male, birthweight = 11.0 oz.

Now named "Dina" after her mother, she is co-owned by Justina Severni, Avon, CT and Diane. Fast and pretty, this girl looked so much like Dyna in the face, we couldn't resist. She is showing herself to be a smart, highly biddable girl with lots of nose, bird desire, quick pick-up and natural retrieving.
Puppy #7: "Dahlia": liver & white female, birthweight = 11.5 oz.
